Asante Hill is a dedicated safety and security expert who has spent his life protecting and uplifting his community. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, his passion for service was ignited at a young age through community involvement and a deep sense of responsibility toward others. As a first-generation college graduate, he earned a degree in Police Science at Hocking College, specializing in Federal Emergency Management, Homeland Security, and Critical Incident Management, and later advanced his studies in Urban Affairs at Wright State University, gaining a deeper understanding of public safety and urban security challenges.
Beginning his career as a School Resource Officer for Dayton Public Schools, Asante became known for transformative safety initiatives that fostered trust, mentorship, and stronger school security. His work expanded beyond schools into broader community empowerment, leading him to establish a youth development nonprofit, where he provides mentorship, career development, and leadership programs for young people through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and community leaders.
Now, as the Chief Executive Safety Officer of Valor Protection, Asante leads a high-performance security agency, setting a new standard for safety, training, and professional excellence. His leadership blends expertise, innovation, and a passion for service, ensuring that communities, businesses, and institutions receive top-tier security solutions.
