Our Story
The story of Valor Protection Safety Agency is unique, deeply personal, and still being written. What began as a one-person security company serving a single client has grown, brick by brick and client by client, into an agency trusted to safeguard schools, communities, businesses, universities, and institutions.

From the beginning, our foundation has been trust, integrity, professionalism, accountability, and uniformity. We believed clients deserved more than a company that simply filled a post. They deserved a true safety partner that understood their environment, remained accessible, responded personally, and approached every responsibility with genuine care.

As we grew, Valor Protection evolved from a traditional security company into a comprehensive safety agency. We began reimagining how safety services could be delivered through prevention, preparedness, visibility, engagement, technology, strong supervision, and meaningful partnership.

We also set out to redefine how security professionals are perceived. We believe those entrusted with protecting others should be highly trained, properly equipped, supported, and given real opportunities to build careers, develop as leaders, and make a meaningful difference through service.

Today, our white-glove approach is reflected in how we communicate, how closely our leadership remains involved, and how we treat every community as more than another contract. We are proud of where we began, grateful for every person who has become part of our journey, and committed to writing the next chapter with the same intention, integrity, and belief that safety can be delivered differently.

Asante Hill: A Visionary Leader in Safety, Security, and Youth Empowerment

Asante Hill is the Founder and Chief of Valor Protection Safety Agency, a leading safety agency in the state of Georgia providing professional public safety, school safety, residential safety, hospitality safety, hospital safety, inmate monitoring, and specialized protective services. Under his leadership, Valor Protection has grown from a single person vision into a respected agency with more than 120 team members, serving nearly 80 individual schools while supporting public and private sector clients across multiple safety environments.

Chief Hill built Valor Protection from the ground up with no inherited business structure, no formal business pathway prepared for him, and no traditional roadmap into executive leadership. As a first generation college graduate, he earned a degree in Police Science from Hocking College, specializing in Federal Emergency Management, Homeland Security, and Critical Incident Management. He later advanced his studies in Urban Affairs at Wright State University, gaining a deeper understanding of public safety, urban systems, community dynamics, and the complex security challenges facing modern institutions and communities.

Through faith, discipline, resilience, and executive vision, Chief Hill transformed Valor Protection from its early foundation in nightlife safety into a comprehensive public safety organization entrusted with meaningful responsibility. Today, the agency provides K through 12 school safety services, private school safety support, residential community safety, hospital safety, inmate monitoring assignments, and specialized safety services for clients who depend on professionalism, consistency, judgment, and public trust.

As a founder, operator, and executive leader, Chief Hill has led the development of the agency’s infrastructure, leadership team, operational systems, service models, training standards, internal departments, workflows, values, accountability framework, and intellectual property. His work reflects a rare blend of strategic vision, field experience, spiritual conviction, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership. He has guided Valor Protection through growth, client retention, operational challenges, team development, financial stewardship, liability management, and the increasing responsibility that comes with safeguarding people, property, institutions, and communities.

Chief Hill’s leadership is rooted in stewardship. He believes Valor Protection is more than a company. It is a God given assignment to serve, protect, develop people, and raise the standard of safety. His journey represents the power of faith, perseverance, education, purpose driven leadership, and the grace of God. From humble beginnings to leading a multi million dollar safety agency, Chief Hill continues to build with gratitude, excellence, integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to the people and communities entrusted to Valor Protection.
