Meet the Chief Executive Safety Officer: Asante Hill

As a first-generation college student, Asanté pursued a degree in Police Science at Hocking College in Nelsonville, OH. His coursework included Federal Emergency Management, First-Responder Training, Homeland Security & Terrorism, Critical Incident Management, Criminalistics, Public Safety, and Criminal Procedures. Asanté later enrolled in Urban Affairs at Wright State University (WSU) in Dayton, Ohio.

During his time at WSU, Asanté expanded his knowledge in the fields of City Management, Sociology, and Government. Asante's education and experience have prepared him well for his role as an Owner/Operator. He understands the importance of serving with integrity and compassion, and he is committed to upholding high standards while also protecting the rights and dignity of all individuals.

​

Following his studies at WSU, Asanté commenced his professional journey as a School Resource Officer at the Dayton Public School District. Asanté regards his time as an SRO as the pinnacle of his career, where he received acclaim for his efforts to improve school climate, culture, and disciplinary procedures. His innovative approach to implementing safety, security, and crime prevention programs was especially noteworthy and had a positive impact on the district's overall performance.

Asanté is now a distinguished member of several prominent organizations, including the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police, the International Association of Emergency Responders, and the National Association of School Resource Officers.
